The ModuleSci PE-100 is a compact tabletop scanning electron microscope designed for materials research laboratories. Featuring a tungsten filament electron source, high-resolution imaging performance, and a motorized 5-axis stage, the system enables fast and accurate sample analysis for a wide range of materials science applications.
The PE-100 tabletop SEM provides reliable imaging performance for academic and industrial materials research. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for laboratories with limited installation space while still delivering full-size SEM functionality.
Equipped with a tungsten filament electron source, the PE-100 achieves high imaging stability and effective magnification over 100,000×. The system supports rapid sample exchange within 60 seconds and includes both a navigation camera and chamber camera for convenient sample positioning.
